An excellent distinctive wine displaying all the hallmarks of a great Chardonnay. The color is full and green. The nose shows melon tropical fruit character enhanced by oak and buttery malolactic characters. The palate is intense, round and soft.Chardonnay grapes were harvested ripe to produce a relatively full bodied Chardonnay style. Fermentation was in stainless steel and oak. Seventy-five percent of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in order to increase blend complexity. The wine was surlie in tank for four months.

An excellent style of Cabernet Sauvignon relying primarily on the fruit characters of the grape, but enhanced by some oak maturation in a combination of French and American oak, oak puncheons and redwood. A soft palate making the wine attractive for early drinking, but with ample tannins to provide some cellaring ability.

A soft, balanced, easy drinking elegant red wine style. The color is deep purple red. The nose dominant in fruit, displaying strong berry characters typical of young merlot. Subtle vanillin oak characters give the nose further lift. The palate is soft, silky and round with balanced tannin to provide structure.Blended from several parcels of Merlot from various appellations, the grapes were harvested in early October from five-year-old vines. The juice was fermented for eight days in stainless steel with seven days skin contact. The wine then matured in a combination of French and American oak for 6 - 12 months.

Sauvignon Blanc A fruit driven Sauvignon Blanc. The nose displays a myriad of grassy, asparagus, tropical and melon fruit characters, enhanced by complex fermentation aromas produced by selected yeast cultures. The crisp acidity is balanced by slight residual sweetness producing an enjoyable and flavorsome wine. Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a vast range of coastal vineyards were picked at various degrees of ripeness to provide a complex blend of fruit character. The wine was cold fermented and cold stored in stainless steel to maximize fruit retention.
